Learn about our student group and how to apply for leaderships positions for now and the next academic year. Also, come meet and hang out with other STEM Transfers at UCLA!

What is STC?

We are a student-run org that was created toinform, empower, and unite STEM transfer students at UCLA. In other words, we’re trying to make UCLA STEM-transfer-friendly.

This includes creating a collective space for STEM related resources, mentorship opportunities, and social activities for our target population. Not only will we keep current UCLA students updated on STEM-related opportunities, we'll also be outreaching to incoming STEM Transfers to ease their transition to UCLA.

Who can join STC?

Everyone! You do not have to be a South Campus major or transfer student to join STC. A lot of the topics (e.g. How to get into research, Applying to grad school, Stress management, etc.) can help everyone.
